That\u2019s right, a recent survey of Cannovia customers revealed that the third most frequent reason for purchasing a Cannovia CBD product<\/a> was a good night\u2019s sleep. The same survey found that regardless of the reason for purchase, 50% of our customers reported sleeping well.<\/p>\n

CBD for Sleep?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With more than 70 million Americans reporting<\/a> at least occasional sleep issues, these results come as no surprise.\u00a0 If you can\u2019t sleep, you simply can\u2019t enjoy life to the fullest.<\/p>\n

In response, our formulary team went to work exploring the CBD\/sleep connection.<\/a>\u00a0 While CBD has received attention relative to sleep issues, the amazing hemp plant – Cannabis Sativa \u2013 L consists of more than 100 active cannabinoids.\u00a0 One of those being noticed and studied is \u201cCBN\u201d \u2013 Cannabinol.<\/p>\n

What is CBN?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

CBN, was the first cannabinoid to be isolated. The structure of CBN was identified early in the 1930\u2019s with chemical synthesis achieved in 1940. CBN is a product of other naturally occurring cannabinoids and is recognized for its powerful sedative properties supporting sleep<\/a> and calmness.<\/p>\n

Cannovia\u2019s New CBD\/CDN Formula<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The combination of CBN and CBD<\/a> is a great example of the \u201centourage affect\u201d – multiple cannabinoids working in harmony.<\/p>\n

Beyond cannabinoids, our team looked at other natural substances that have been shown to impact sleep \u2013 specifically melatonin.\u00a0 Melatonin has long been associated with sleep\/quality sleep.
